Write to info@talki.it and include:

• The request id from the error response, or the event id of the webhook delivery.
• The dated API version your credential is pinned to.
• Timestamps with the timezone, and what you expected instead.

Never include an API key, even a revoked one, and never paste a caller’s personal data into a support thread — the ids above are enough for us to find the record.
